Why do I get my daily reward but I do not have it when I go to play the next round?

You're welcome, sorry I couldn't actually do anything but sometimes it helps to know you're not alone.
One thing I will say is though, they do have a long list of issues to sort out, and unless it actually affects gameplay, it is rated in order of priority. Please stick with it, they will fix it, but it might not be for some time

Has not helped. When playing on my laptop I still don't get my daily reward when playing Bubble Witch 3. I do not know why and I'm getting really frustrated!!!!!
