Connection issue

When I open the game it is saying there is no connection to the internet. I have tried all the suggestions with regards airplane mode, switching on and off and changing Wi-Fi - nothing! I do have internet connection. Help. Also, how do I disconnect all my games fromFB without loosing boosters etc and without going back to level one!

Hi @Jorayme, Please do not uninstall the game. An announcement was made last year regarding Facebook. You can still sync your progess thru Facebook, but the platform itself, is no longer supported.

If you will, please change over to signing in with a King login. As long as everything is synced everything will pass over.

If by chance you loose any levels, please use this link 👉Contact Us and they will restore you levels.

i am logged in via my King account but it is still saying I have no interest connection- but I do and have internet on other King games, just not bubble- help

You said you turned it off and on, but lets sign out of BW3 game, turn off let sit a few seconds, then turn back on and sign back in BW3. That should do a reset
