Level 269 keeps freezing up and I have spent gold bars! How can I be reimbursed?

Level 269 Bubble Witch Saga, when you get down to end of the game, and have spent gold bars, the game freezes up.  It has done this now on three different devices.  My laptop, my iphone and my tablet

    This keeps happening to me too. I get to the end of level 269, and it freezes just as I'm about to do the last move to win. It's happened 3 times already.
