I got to play one level in-between rounds. Beyond that one level I haven't been allowed to play since Nov 30th. Seems the only way to get rid of this event is reset the app and start at level 1 again.

The event is not syncing between my devices properly. It is still missing on my Huawei and I got demoted to the lower league because I don't have boosters on Samsung. Other things work fine on Huawei ( I always receive a new Fairy Dash after completing a chapter). I passed lots of levels and I didn't earn points. I see many complaints about this event that I think there is actually something wrong with it. Lots of people didn't receive it just because it didn't pop up on particular device and on another device it did. The previous events were fine and they were working perfect. My Huawei phone is older but it is still supported by updates from Google Play Store. It has a lot of free GB memory and 4 GB RAM. It has Android 10.

I read all these articles and I'm sure my devices are linked to the same account because:

๐ธ They display the same level
๐ธ They display the same game ID
Everything works fine except Holiday Season. I have The Fairy Dash, I have The Daily Gift and I connect to the internet very fast.
Well...I logged in on my Samsung to the freshly installed app maybe that's why the event appeared here. I usually play on my Huawei and everything works fine until the latest event. Logging out doesn't solve anything and I don't want to clear the app data. It would probably help because system would detect it as a freshly installed app or maybe it wouldn't help because there is a bug that excludes particular devices from the event. It is possible because we had recently a bug where the main buttons didn't work only on some devices. It didn't affected me but it affected other players. The conclusion is the type of device and device model also count.
Unfortunately I will fail this event on the lowest league. It's sad and I hope this event will disappear soon๐. And I hope everything will be fine the next time. Please take into account my post because maybe that's the reason why some players didn't receive the event. Maybe logging in to the freshly installed or cleared app is the solution. Anyway it is pointless because it will delete the boosters...

Hi my friend I have checked this with our CM and it is the case that even though you can sync more than one device with the same log in details it does not mean that all events will appear on multiple devices ๐
