Hi sorry to hear that my friend sometimes you need to Repeat the logging out and leaving your device off
We don't currently have a known issue with anyone's levels freezing if a second attempt does not work then you would need to perform an uninstall we only recommend this when normal trouble shooting that clears errors fails as you would loose any saved boosters ๐

Please clear the game cache from your device settings menu be sure you have a strong Internet connection and at least 2gig of free memory
Check for any pending updates as we have recently received one for bw3
Log out not just close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you ๐
