Good afternoon, please return my level to me, the game froze and was transferred to level 1, but it was 243, then why is there a save game function, if something happens and there is a constant message there is no internet and your advice does not help

Hi and welcome to the BW3 family. Lets do a soft reset. Log out of your game and let it set for a few seconds and log back in with your email and password. You might have to play Level 1 and then maybe do a soft reset again. 🤗

On a no connection error, it has to be your wifi.

Restart your device: Temporary files might be causing errors or network issues where your device is not connecting to the server or your local network properly, and sometimes a simple restart can solve this.

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data: Open your Settings app, and select Network & internet or Connections. Turn Wi-Fi off and mobile data on, or turn mobile data off and Wi-Fi on.
