For two days now the game either does not load (white screen), get a message that the game took too long to load (white screen with frowny face), or if it does finally load all my coins are missing, no friends are listed, and no daily bonus. Note: this is on Facebook via Chrome and Firefox, Win10.

I had performed all you suggested both days, but it didn't help. However, today things seem to be back to normal. Not sure what changed. Bit all is OK so far.Hello Lois,
