Like I've mentioned here throughout the thread, if you are playing the game also on mobile or on Windows 10 app, you shouldn't be having issues there. The holiday season slows down the investigation so you might have the issue in Facebook for some time. Apologies for that! And thanks for your patience
When I start playing each day there's a daily bonus (sometimes boosters) but after I claim them they aren't at the bottom of the page for me to use, they just dissapear. Please assist. Thank you.

Well, since it's still the holidays I guess that is why I didn't get any prizes for winning the Fairy Dash (something like that) - my prize was supposed to be 2 stereo bolts, 2 sparkling blasts and a magic beam. I've added some Gold Bars to your game to make up for the inconvenience caused. Like mentioned here, as it's the holiday season you might have this issue for some time. This issue seems to be exclusively in Facebook though so if you are playing on mobile you shouldn't have issues. Or if you have a Windows 10 machine, you can download the game from Store and play there.
@Bejeebus It is sad I know - hopefully you can collect your daily chests normally soon. If you are playing also on other devices (tablet, mobile) you shouldn't have issues there.
