Missing boosters and daily prizes (FIXED)

Due to internet issues i was not able to.collect prizes when completing 680.. tried to redo level after internet issue fixed and still wont allow me to collect.. fairy dash not resetting for next world .. stuck at 680

I have some good news for you today. The Studio has released a fix so simply clear cache and cookies from your browser and you'll be able to receive your boosters again

Hello, I got a treasure chest with a booster. But it never gave it to me! I've had this happen several times! It doesn't do it on my mobile device, Just on the home computer! Please fix the problem so I can enjoy this awesome game! Oh any word on part 4 lol, I've been playing on KING games way before Facebook! Thanks Again!

- Go to your FB account, click on the arrow on the top right corner, then go to Settings

- Click on Apps and Websites from the menu on the left

- Click on Bubble Witch 3 - View and Edit

- Scroll down to the "Get help from app developers" section to find your User ID for the game.

I'm having the smae problem. No treasure chest rewards despite the chest opening. Any help available?

I'm having issues with the rewards on Bubble witch 3. The little treasure chest comes up and tells me my reward, but it doesn't appear. I'm using goole chrome. Any reason for this?

Bonjour à tous, depuis plus d'un mois, je ne reçois plus aucun boosters , plus de récompenses ... il est difficile de terminer certains niveaux tels que le niveau 619. il y a un mois environ j'ai réénitialisé le jeu ce que j'ai fait pour continuer à jouer. Je suis sous windows 10 et joue sur Facebook. Mon ID 1840613166228412 ... comment me sortir de cette situation? Merci de votre aide Kerlouane

Hello. after registering I read the instructions to know my USER ID, but nothing happens. I've had the same problems for a few weeks as other users, I can not get boosters as I can do?

For weeks, when I'm awarded boosters they never show up in the game to use. I've missed many because of this and refuse to spend money to buy anything while this glitch exists. I'm at Level 1020, PLEASE HELP!!

Thank you, I really appreciate that! I only have the home PC, so trying it through Windows10. I prefer to play my games through FB, but at least with the game through the store it fits in the window and I'm not having to scroll up and down like I have to on FB.

My only question is this: if this problem gets sorted and I start playing through FB again, will my progress transfer back?

For the past couple weeks, when I'm awarded boosters (like during a daily check-in or after a quest), the boosters never show up in the game to use. I've missed out on many boosters because of this. And there is no way I'm going to buy boosters if they won't even appear in the game! Today, I received my Day 3 booster (Stereo Bolt) and then immediately played the game and there was no Bolt available. I have not logged out of my account at all. I'm on level 405, but it started 30 or so levels ago.

I am playing on an Iphone and use the app. No store available, no daily rewards, and i had a treasure chest but when I clicked on it it said oops sorry there is something wrong with the connection? or something i forget but it wouldn't let me claim the prize. It eventually went away because it timed out after a few days. I can't find my ID number. It is giving me a connection error. Can i find it on this site somewhere?
