Missing boosters and daily prizes (FIXED)

Due to internet issues i was not able to.collect prizes when completing 680.. tried to redo level after internet issue fixed and still wont allow me to collect.. fairy dash not resetting for next world .. stuck at 680

I have some good news for you today. The Studio has released a fix so simply clear cache and cookies from your browser and you'll be able to receive your boosters again

Hi all,

@ptgator - I've added Gold bars to your account last week so you can purchase the missing boosters. I only can add boosters to your mobile device and therefore won't be able to add anything on your desktop.

@Hakya, @blaze9466 - We know there are issues with the Tricksies rewards and are working on it. There's a thread for it, please comment there with your Game Id and I'll add them to your game.

The Booster issue is now fixed so I will close this thread. If there's anything regarding the Tricksies rewards please comment here.

I have been missing daily boosters from Bubble Witch 3. This has been ongoing for three weeks now. I'm gettinng to the point that I no longer even want to play the game. FB game ID is 10155268818109206

Unfortunately today - Jan 11- none of the prizes for the Tricksie bonus game registered. So while the daily booster from Maggie worked, the bonus game prizes are not working...

I would like to know why for 2 days I've played trixies treats was on level 4 and now I dodnt get my three prizes the game is just gone. Maddd

YAY! For the first time in many weeks I am finally getting my boosters again on my laptop. We'll see how long it lasts.

I am up to level 952, and have the same problem! It will not release prizes (says I have no internet connection), and has not reset. Been there for WEEKS!

I appreciate the little bit of gold that you have given me, but that does not replace all the boosters that I had. The game is still messed up for about 3 weeks now, and still not getting any boosters for daily prize, or any of the challenges.
