Hi, the device I have this game on has broken, I was able to transfer most things using Smart Switch onto another device, I've connected to Facebook as I was before and although I haven't list my progress as in I'm on the same level as other device I've lost all my boosters, is that normal. I did try to take a screenshot on this device but had no luck, struggled with my last device to be fair but haven't a clue on this one, so much fun being a technophobe......not!
Hi my friend yes unfortunately you will loose boosters as they are saved to the device and not the game
However if any had been purchased you can select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they can check your account and reimburse you 💓

I am collecting boosters quite quickly at the moment thanks to one of the features that at the moment I can't think the name of and I'm seeing an old friend, Billy and he does give some good boosters, how long he will be about is anyone's guess but it's lovely to see him again and of course there is the wake the tree feature which has its moments, by that I mean that you don't always get a helpful team and I think the rewards could be better considering you sometimes have to work hard to fulfil the challenge but at least I didn't lose my progress though I do sometimes start from scratch on a different device just to make life easier because as you know the higher the level the harder the challenge.
