Girl that's a fancy way of saying "stop talking". I didn't ask you to confirm what I said is happening. I asked why it is happening, because it's bad game design. I have 4 or 5 "gold beat on first try" badges missing because the app crashed or device shutdown. Contact the devs and let them know it's ridiculous. Losing a game is different than a crash, so fix the game.

It would be great to know your Game ID and the device you use. Also, try these few tips that might be helpful as well:
- Restart the game: close all open apps and open your game;
- Check for updates: please make sure your both game and software of your device are up-to-date;
- Memory: make sure you have at least 2GB free memory;
- Ensure that you have a stable Internet connection;
