why my amulet is stuck on 3 and never moves. I paid for it and it is not allowing me to use it. Can you fix it or give me a refunf

with the amulets you do have to complete each level before more will be added even though you purchase the royal path you still have to complete levels in order to claim your rewards
What my advice would be is not to purchase it to soon and wait a while 💓

And yes unfortunately it will take the payment but you still can't claim rewards without completing the levels and collecting all the amulets 💓

No, the issue is, even WITH completing levels and earning stars, and even woithout the payment for more prizes, the counter at the event will not rise. You get the first prize for starting, but then, when beating levels and earning the stars and so on, the counter stops at the first full three amulets. You do not get another prize. In this case the event is very useless.
Oh and showing how it works, every time you open the game is a little bit too much :)

Hi guys sorry for the delay in receiving further information as my cm is super busy right now
Your patience is really appreciated 💓
In the meantime time please check you have no pending updates and a good Internet connection with at least 2gig of free memory
Select settings from your device then apps then clear the in game cache and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you

I don't have any downloads oder updates in the background and I have a good connection and enough free memory. The issue still remains, days after I mentioned it and turning on and off the pc (where I play) multiple times.
