I agree, it is happening to me as well and I don't get my money back. After today, I'll play without it. They are losing getting my money on that part. still haven't heard a reply. It has been two weeks or so with me as well. At first, I thought it was just me.

Scroll down you should be on version

Also from the same screen select Storage and clear the cache then log out and leave your device off for a moment or two
Sometimes overloaded cache can cause many issues

Hi, I'm glad that I am not the only one with this issue. The last two events had been stuck on 3 amulets. Updating, logging off etc makes no differance, he issue is with the game.
This issue has been happening with me too now for two weeks! And i didn't pay either.

I don't have any downloads oder updates in the background and I have a good connection and enough free memory. The issue still remains, days after I mentioned it and turning on and off the pc (where I play) multiple times.

In the meantime time please check you have no pending updates and a good Internet connection with at least 2gig of free memory
Select settings from your device then apps then clear the in game cache and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you

I agree. This is what has happened to me . Thanks, its good to know that someone understands. Yes, every time you open the game is a little bit too much :)
No, the issue is, even WITH completing levels and earning stars, and even woithout the payment for more prizes, the counter at the event will not rise. You get the first prize for starting, but then, when beating levels and earning the stars and so on, the counter stops at the first full three amulets. You do not get another prize. In this case the event is very useless.
Oh and showing how it works, every time you open the game is a little bit too much :)
