After many attempts trying to send support the video I posted here that was removed I think they may have finally received it but stopped replying to me. I haven’t heard any updates from them since a few days ago but this morning my Grandmother mentioned that the issue seemed to be better so maybe they got it fixed! Also, apologies for adding the video, I didn’t realize we weren’t allowed to do that? I didn’t see any identifying personal info in there. :( Hopefully, the Game has been fixed for everyone!

I suppose this also does not have any other impact on game, play, functions, etc.; all would be the same as before (aside of clearing this bug)?
I’d be interested in learning where and how this is being performed. Did i miss the necessary instructions for that?

I am sorry for having caused confusion.
Not quite sure what needs more explanation.
The message thread initially addressed an issue and problem.
@Snow_Rider noted in the post, from July 17, above that the issue was fixed by the team, and then called out steps one can take if the user were to encounter any more issues.
Bullet point 1 is self explanatory.
Bullet point 2 is self explanatory as well.
Bullet point 3, however, requires details on how you do that.
