Why is bubblewitch 3 crashing and freezing all the time at times not loading at all on mobile

I need a little more help please as its not a general problem, so it sounds more like a device issue. Could you tell me if you are using an apple or android device please. The make and model of it. Have you checked for updates to your device, have you checked for game updates? If you can let me know I can come back and help you further 0 -
Hi thanks for replying I am using galaxy j1 Android I have tried using app updates game updates and all other suggestions usually offered by king support but with no success. Game is constantly crashing freezing or not loading at all I had got such a long way in the levels never had a problem until last couple months the last time it crashed all my progress was lost despite saving everything and am now back to beginning so disappointing I realise I am playing on an old model phone but as I say had no problems til recently. Also when stellas lab Andy ghost are available they won't load at all.many thanks0

Hi @janlipsey The trouble is as games advance and new phones come out, King have to keep all games up to date so that when players have the shiny new handsets, they can play straight away in them. That does not mean they give up on older phones but it does mean because programming becomes more complex and more evolved, the older phones just cannot handle them. A bit like playing the old PlayStation and expecting a PS4 game to work on the original.

Hi I will try the link as you suggested but am thinking now it an issue with older phone I appreciate you trying to help further.if that doesn't help maybe I will have to admit defeat til I get phone updated many thanks0

i Think so too but I hope that you can get it limping (had to rewrite that as spell check corrected it to limboing which amused me slightly haha) along a little longer anyway, is your progress backed up on either Facebook or in the kingdom? If so once you get a replacement you will be able to pick up where you left off 0
