However, after providing further details, I was just redirected here to the Community, where I have already posted here, as well as created a new discussion in the Support section:

Thank you for the suggestion. I followed your advice, but sadly, once again I only received a generated response and got redirected here :( This is the third time I have received this message. It does not appear that anyone in Customer Services is reading the messages. I just keep getting redirected and urged to give my feedback on the "experience" I received. Is there anyone within the community who can contact Customer Services on my behalf?
