Why aren’t my stars converting to stardust?

My star counter is stuck at 15/15 and it hasn’t changed to stardust. When I finish a level nothing happens. It’s been like if for about a week. Any ideas?

Thanks for the heads up @PummyRaj hi @Noles_and_Bingo and welcome!
Can I just check that you are talking about the little house at the bottom of the screen? Once it reaches 15 and converts, have you clicked on it to see if there is anything waiting to upgrade in Stella's house? Sometimes that gives mine a kick.
Could you let us know which device you have as it sounds like we need to do some troubleshooting. Make sure your progress is backed up either with Facebook or the Kingdom first though

Thank you for the suggestion. I followed your advice, but sadly, once again I only received a generated response and got redirected here :( This is the third time I have received this message. It does not appear that anyone in Customer Services is reading the messages. I just keep getting redirected and urged to give my feedback on the "experience" I received. I am currently experiencing this same issue. After completing level 22 and earning 15/15 stars, the stars will not convert into star dust.

It will be fixed, but unfortunately we cannot say when as the studio have to work through a list of priority issues, not being able to get into the game being at the top. Along with keeping up with new levels. So it will be mended, we just don't know when yet

My stars converted to stardust yesterday and then when the first 15 stars registered those converted but after that they stopped at 15/15 again and it's back to square one.
