Thank you for the suggestion. I followed your advice, but sadly, once again I only received a generated response and got redirected here :( This is the third time I have received this message. It does not appear that anyone in Customer Services is reading the messages. I just keep getting redirected and urged to give my feedback on the "experience" I received. Is there anyone within the community who can contact Customer Services on my behalf?

I received several troubleshooting suggestions yesterday, which I followed, and also tried spending down my accumulated Star Dust to see if the star counter on Stella's House would update. However, the problem did not resolve itself. Today I was advised to uninstall and reinstall the game. I was told I would probably lose some free boosters that I had earned, but unfortunately, this actually reset my game to level 1. Sadly, at this point, I believe I will stop playing the game, as a solution has not been found and I risk experiencing the same problem again.
Thank you for your attempts to assist me. Hopefully, the problem will be further explored and a solution can be found. If so, please let me know, as I had only just begun playing this cute game.
Hi my friend if you play any level then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two any saved level progress will restore π
Thank you for the tip! I re-loaded the game to try out your advice, and came to realize that I had actually been logged out of the game π ! The star counter on Stella's House has finally reset, so it seems that re-installing the game did correct that part of the problem. However, I still was not rewarded with Star Dust for my progress. I was supposed to have received 1,000 Star Dust for completing level 22 and collecting the 15 stars. Would it be possible for someone to send me that dust?
