    @Mary_George to be honest you are likely to get more help from @QueenMia at this point as she can nag the studio directly, unlike the email support. Its still ongoing.

    @Chicken_Slayer, is right. I've asked for updates this morning already and I will let you know as soon as I know more. Really sorry that this is taking a while and I can't promise it will be quick though as we're trying to understand the cause.
    I honestly thought re-installing the game would solve the issue so we need to investigate this further now.

    I've added some Gold to your game for now as compensation. I hope that it makes it a little bit better :)

    I have told support that my star cats and Stellas beanstalk do not work correctly. Whenever I go into the beanstalk I get this. "Coming soon" but if i log into bw3 under my daughter's account visit Stellas house i can log out and back in under my account and visit her house and i can see available upgrades like this.

    @Mary_George I know there are different control groups for players, so some will get more than others and be able to upgrade more. I get them often when I play games with my hubby or my little one plays too so I know how annoying it is. 
    However they should not go back to level one once they have been upgraded. If that was the limit they could go for you, for now, they should stay at that level :(@QueenMia is on the case though now so hopefully they will have news soon :)

    I just leveled up my cats again. Just like always it didn't stay.

    Hello there @Mary_George. I am sorry but I still did not get any news from the Studio :( 
    I'm chasing again and will update if I hear anything.

    Hello @Mary_George, I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay, but I've just got the word that the problem should be fixed with the version 5.5 so if you haven't got it yet, make sure to install it!
