Ad watch random move reward

Hello. Upon watching an ad, there is supposed to be a free random move. Why is this failing?

For the past couple weeks, whenever I get the chance to watch an ad at the beginning of a level for a booster or at end of level for 3 extra balls, the game does not give me the reward. I wrote to king and followed everything except reinstalling which I refuse to do because I will lose my boosters. The last thing I tried was to watch the ad all the way through and it was SIX minutes. I got the booster for the level but no one has time to watch a 6 minute video for each attempt. Any other suggestions?

Yes. My game is updated, my phone has been updated, and I also turned off my phone for ten minutes and restarting

Can someone please help me with this problem? Am I the ONLY one who has this issue? Problem continues today. No free spell or extra three balls after watching ad!

Same problem here. No response from customer service except to go to community.

Hi @jamcrackers and @bubbly - Welcome to the Community

Make sure that you clear cache and cookies from your device and update to the latest version. That sounds simple but that helps keeping away from that kind of things.

If that does not solve the problem, please let me know what device you're playing on as well as the game version you have installed.

Thanks for getting back to me. In communication with king and they had me send videos of the problem. They said the developers are now working on it.

@QueenMia are there still the watching ads with which we can get 3 more moves at the end of the level ?

If yes I haven't seem them for at least 2 or 3 months ...

Hey @kaiser1618, there are but it's still in testing phase so it's not available to everyone at the moment. The Team is working on making sure it all works well and then it might be made available to all
