Issue with badge rewards

My rewards for my badges have changed. Last week I had some that were going to be worth 2500 fairy dust and now they just show 50. This has happened several times. I Have been earning badges, but I only get 50 every time, and I know they increase with each level. But in my case it will only give 50. please help.

    Hi @MNeal3 and welcome to the Community :waving:

    We have had issues with these in the past, but it's been fixed for a few weeks now. Could you please let me know what device you're playing on as well as what game version you're running?

    Also, I would recommend you to update to our latest game version (from today) to avoid any kind of issues with the game :)

    Playing on Dell Inspiron laptop, using Chrome. As far as I know I have latest version of game. This has been an ongoing issue for me. How do I tell what version I am playing and update it?

    Hi @MNeal3 Mia is on leave at the moment so I will try to help. 
    Just to confirm you are playing via the browser not the windows 10 app?
    Could I ask you to clear your cache and cookies and see if that helps. If you are not sure you can find out how to do that here

    Playing thru facebook bubblewitch app, cleared cookies and cache and still not corrected

    Thank you for them, I will pass it over to the acting CM while Mia is away. I know we had this issue a while back on mobile so they maybe need to look at this one too :)

    You are welcome, if the game is not behaving properly, you won't enjoy it and we don't want that! I have sent her a message so I will let you know as soon as I hear anything if she doesn't sneak here first :)

    This issue with reduced rewards for badges turned out to be a bit more complex thank expected - the game team hasn't been able to resolve it just quite yet.

    I understand that it's a frustrating issue to have but perhaps you would like to try out a workaround: You shouldn't have issues with these rewards on mobile or if you have a Windows 10 app you can download the app version from the Microsoft Store. 

    I have sent a little compensation your way too. :)
