We are happy to have you in our Bubblific Community. Unfortunately, English is the only language spoken here. We have players from across the world and in the language, we used so everybody can understand and be understood. I understand that it can be difficult for some players, but I have to say that many of them use platforms such as Google Translator to help them translate what they want to say and then post it here.
Would love you to explain to me what is your issue in English and be able to help you out

Is there some trick to getting Notification changes to stick? I keep turning off notifications for threads I participated in, because getting a stream of irrelevant emails is driving me nuts. I click Save, get a Changes Saved confirmation on the screen, but when I return to the site (after receiving several email notifications I shouldn't) I find my Notifications have all been reset to the default, which is everything checked.

You cannot turn off notifications on individual threads that you have commented in. Trust me, I know us Superstars have bought this up many many many times.
However they shouldn't be resetting completely, Are you logging out, or clearing cache? It doesn't seem to be a general issue.
