Can't get past cauldron screen

Good day

Could you kindly advise on how to do i get past the cauldron screen.. When i open the game and press continue on the cauldron screen it says end of competition,claim. Afte that i can't do anything i can't continue to play levels

    Welcome @Caressa to the bubble community. 
    Can I ask a stupid question, have you completely quit the game and restarted? (As in close then swipe away from your open apps screen) And then restarted your device?
    Are you playing on ios or android?

    Yes i have, I have even forced closed it in app settings and it still does the same thing. I'm playing on Android.

    That's fine @Caressa I always start with the easy thing as that's often over looked :)

    Have you checked for updates? Do you have saved boosters? And are you connected to Facebook or the Kingdom? If your progress is backed up on one of these and you don't have saved boosters (as this would lose them) I would advise trying the troubleshooting here. If you do end up reinstalling, make sure you clear play store cache as well to make sure its a clean install.

    If that doesn't work, come back and shout, if it does, let me know anyway :)
