I haven't been getting my daily bonus booters. I am playing my game on my computer & my game ID number is 1216098069. This has been going on for weeks now.

I've been emailing support for 2 weeks now about this problem. The last answer I got, on Thursday, said that basically nothing can be done, tech can't fix it!!! I think what that actually means is that King are no longer supporting Bubble Witch. I'm only 2 levels from completing the entire game and dn't think I can finish it without the benefit of the bonus arcane bubbles, etc., that I'm not getting any more. Very poor form from King, I'm very disappointed :(

It's really disappointing, isn't it. I think that they are just not supporting this game any more, probably because it's old. Don't hold your breath waiting for a reply, I don't think you will get one.
I'm on game 2, of level 68 of 70, of Eternal Isles, with only 2 more levels of the whole game left to do, to completely finish it, but I don't think I'm going to be able to without the help of the bonus bubbles, that we're no longer getting. So disappointing.

Hi I'm on game 6 of 70 I Eternal Isles and was saving the bubbles so I could finish it but hey ho I'll just play tournaments with friends
