BW3 Can't connect to King account, Facebook account or Email account!!! Keeps saying can't connect

I only see a link to install the game I don't see the actual game there? Am I missing something? I did change my password a little while ago

I am also going to tag the CM and see if she knows of any issues. Which version of android do you have, which device model and the app version of the game please. Thank you for your patience!

I have android 6.0 and my device model is LG V495 and I am operating on game version 6.9 I Ieft off on level 118.

I understand that you have reinstalled the game app and all seems to be up to date. Just to make sure, you did not try clearing the Google Play Store cache? This is something we need to give a try as there might be bug that is causing this...

You need to go to Settings on your device > Apps > Google play store > Storage > Clear cache

Then go back to Settings > Apps > (The app in this case the game you are having issues with) > Storage > Clear data, clear cache.

Could you give this another try and let us know how it goes? Also, do you by any chance have a different device you can test the game on?

I have tried it on my phone it works fine which is odd. I tried it on my Samsung tablet and I am having the exact same issues with signing in as I do on my LG tablet. I did try clearing the cache on the LG tablet But I will try on my samsung tablet for the playstore as well and see what happens
