BWS3 - Stuck at level 2460 on Windows 10! (Latest Update)!

bonsoir, moi aussi j'ai le même problème que chantal, je suis coincée au niveau 2460 depuis 3 semaines , j'ai donc été rétrogradée au trophée (car bloquée pendant que les autres avancent).Je tente une mise à jour dans le play store tous les soirs, j'ai également voulu désinstaller et réinstaller le jeu,à ne surtout pas faire! j'ai perdu tout mes booster et le jeu est toujours bloqué...

Any news on this? I'm also stuck at level 2460... no update in sight. I've spent a lot of money on this game, but the money pit has dried up until you can provide us more levels.
