BWS3 - Stuck at level 2460 on Windows 10! (Latest Update)!

I'm stuck at level 2460

I am asked to update but nothing updates, the game is up to date in the Microsoft Store

the next chapter 125 does not appear on my PC

Windows 10 - version 2004 - 19041.264

Thanks for keeping me in the loop here @KimElston and everybody else who raised this question.

I've passed this on to the studio and asked for when we can expect a release on W10. As of now, the last available level on W10 is 2460 while mobile should be around 2520.

Once I know, I'll update this thread 😉

There should be an update today which features new levels however, on W10 it will just be catching up with what the mobile version currently has, level 2520. The latest game version should be 6.10.

From now, Windows 10 should be more up to date and catch up with the other platforms.

Hi there. I am playing Bubble Witch Saga 3 and yesterday just beat level 2280 and it will not let me move onto the next Episode to get to level 2281. The game keeps notifying me there are new levels available with update. However, I keep checking my Microsoft store for a new update and everything is already up to date. There is no new update available so I cannot move on. I am wondering how do I proceed now? Thanks!

U have to wait for the new lvls to be released ... they r rolling out in phases

Yes but it is saying Episode 16 Sneaky Seasons with levels 2281 - 2300 is available and came out on the 24th. Telling me I just need to update, but there is no update.

No it wont let me play Leos cup and still keeps prompting me to update to play the newest levels. This is so frustrating and I have yet to get any help. :(

Shannon2318......I have the same issue. I've completed level 2280 and can not move forward. It says new levels are coming however each day I check it tells me to update. It directs me to the Microsoft store to update but I'm up to date. I really enjoy this game but I'm really frustrated =(

Dana-13, Shannon2318... same issues here.Totally frustrating. I had to install the game on my mobile which promptly lost me all my tools I had collected - have to start from scratch again! BUT it allowed me to play levels 2281 to 2300 But no updates available from Microsoft store or option to update? Can the relevant parties get their act together? The game is supposed to be saved by linking it to Facebook - but it takes me to the right levels but saves nothing else??

I have the same issue - how do we update to get to the next levels? I am playing on PC, windows 10.
