    Can’t claim rewards

    Hi, hopefully you can help here as in game support was the worst I have ever seen, just sending useless emails with no info. In BubbleWitch3 I can’t claim a reward, for an event that has finished over 3 weeks ago. Nothing appears when I click on claim, just what you see in the second screenshot with no items on the screen.

      Hi @Syrae sorry to hear that.

      There has been a few issues with the tricksies challenge but not for a while now. First can you check in play store or equivalent for any updates. Then make sure your game is saved. Then try logging out of the game and turn your device off and on. This may reset it for you.

      Try it first and let me know how you get on 👍🙂

      Heya! Welcome to the king community! I hope you are able to claim the rewards soon. As it is unfair considering the hard work put in to get the rewards. Please follow the tips above my answer and if that doesn’t work then comment again and we will try to get it solved.

      Thanks @KimElston for the suggestion but unfortunately it did not work. There are no updates in the store for me and I tried logging out and restarting twice and am still getting the same error.

      @Syrae sorry that didn't work. Unfortunately we can't reward players with lost prizes from our challenges.

      Normally we would now reccomend an uninstall process to reset you for when the next challenges arrive.

      This process will as long as you're game is saved will save everything but existing boosters. Let me have your thoughts and then we can see where to next 👍🙂

      Hi, are the boosters the 6 or so items that you get as rewards for finishing challenges, and sometimes as a daily reward, that shows on the bottom when you are playing a level? If so if I was to lose these if I reinstall I would just stop playing the game as I have quite a bit of these accumulated and am not interested in starting over again. I will just live with having the rewards outstanding to be claimed on the side.

      Hi @Syrae yes that is correct and you would loose them all. So yes it is beneficial when you have lots of boosters to just play on unless there was no other choice 👍🙂
