Stuck at level 300

I solved level 300 with 3 stars, but can't get to play level 301? I just can't go down the hole to the next tier??

Those are common troubleshooting for issues such as not loading correctly.  Regardless of what it was maxed out at before the current app should be getting the current levels which are much higher than 300. This is actually an updated FAQ https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/is-your-game-crashing-on-an-ios-device and is typically done for any IOS issue so don't get tied into the word crashing as it fixes many issues

Completely uninstalling the game and data and then reinstalling solved the issue. Thank you for all your suggestions.

Hi @sdjensen you need to get the latest app from google play or itunes or such depending on your device

I always have my iphone auto update my apps, so I should have the most recent. Last updated 6 days ago to 1.1.9

@sdjensen, try going into your app manager and clear cache then restart your phone and see if that fixes your issue

How do you clear an apps cache on an iPhone?

In settings find memory management, then look for apps.. There should be a list of all of your apps, look for friends saga and then when you touch it you should have options to uninstall or clear cache. DO NOT force stop if it asks.

I have 2 options. Delete the app, but keep the app data or delete the app and data. There is no option to just delete the data?

Why should I look at that?? The game is not crashing? Just will not move forward to level 301 even though I completed level 300?

To give a little more info. I reached level 300 when it was the maximum level, but wanted to return to the game now that there is more levels
