Why am I only receiving 12 lives on level 504?  Its impossable to complete the level with 12 moves.

I have 30 moves in my device and I think it's a bug due to which only 12 moves are appearing in your device. If you don't have any accumulated boosters than you can uninstall the game and reinstall. This should solve your issue.

Another method could be just removing the cache and not uninstalling. (It doesn't work on iOS and Windows devices)

Sometimes clearing the cache doesn't work on android devices.
