I am on level 1367 on my ipad. I just bought a new Samsung S9 and I cannot sync my phone to be compatible to the level on my ipad. It is starting me our a level one please help

    Hi @Dianne_Blais Make sure the Ipad is signed in with  a King or Facebook account (It should be sync'd) then you can log in with that same account on your S9. You can tell if its syncing by trying to play on Facebook or the Kingdom (Not sure what game you have since the level is to high for this forum (Candy Crush Friends Saga)

    I think your problem is with Candy Crush Saga which has a different community. This community handles issues related to Candy Crush Friends Saga game.
