Unable to get Misty on Candy Crush With Friends

hi,

i am not able to get misty with stars. I have been passing levels and getting stars (approximately 15 stars) in order to unlock misty. However, every time I close out the app and come back to play later, all the stars I have gotten toward getting misty for a character have disappeared. I would like to get the stars back.

Ive beaten a few boards and collected stars... And now when i log in its still 20sumn hours left but i have no stars!!!

Hello @chamman, that is unfortunate for that to happen as I think you meant the starchaser event going on.. do you happen to have any pics to show any stars you had?

No i dont have any pics... But u can see my progress since the event started

I don't understand anything about this. Do you mean that you can't be able to "promote" Misty to the gold medal, or do you mean trying to unlock Misty herself from an ongoing in-game event? I think it's the former.

By the way, if you don't talk specifically about Candy Crush Friends Saga, please post a thread to the appropiate King community for your game.

@chamman, there is no special event running to unlock Misty at the moment. Would you be able to clarify what's your issue please as I'm not sure I understand it - Are you missing Misty? Are you missing stars?! Or is it something else?

I was collecting the stars during that event i just used misty cause i aint know the name of the event... But everytime i would log back in it kept saying 0/20 stars...it was fustrating

I didn't get this event but a couple of friends mentioned this in a FB group. I may not be fully correct but I think players needed to collect 20 stars by selecting Misty for clearing the levels in a specific time and they could unlock a certain Nutcracker costume. This is similar to Tiffi the Turkey event during Thanksgiving.........

Heya @Veeresh, the pilgrim nutcracker was unlocked by collecting 20 stars and you could use any character to obtain the stars.. I think the players had 48hrs to accomplish the goal. @chamman I am very sorry to say that I don't think support can help with this issue 😣

Thanks for the info. I think players have witnessed 3 Star chaser events so far but I didn't get even one. Also there are players who have collected 31 costumes whereas I have only 27 and 2 partially collected. I don't know why the remaining 2 costumes aren't appearing in my device.
