Game crashing on level 589

Seems I am the only one who got this problem (because I cn see many videos in youtube of level 589 getting completed) but when I open level 589 on my device, the game will crash.

@firebombmarkus thank you, that text has the exact same issue as mine. I can sense theres some limited compatability issues since my device is still running on android 4.4.4.

Android 4.4? Welcome to my club! (I use a Galaxy S4 mini and it's last ever software update was Android 4.4.)

Hi all, @NRN did you get your problem resolved?  Thanks @firebombmarkus for mentioning my name.  I have a link that I am going to post here and it might be a good idea to hold on to it just in case it crashes again.  It's posted in CC Soda Saga but really applies to all games.

The problem is not solved. I think king needs to push an update to fix it. I really think its something with the compatability issues with devices running on android 4.4.4 or 5.0. Those gamers in youtube that normally post videos of levels did not encounter this glitch

Hello everyone and a special hi to @Ali_Azmir and @firebombmarkus.
For your information I would like to mention that there was a problem with this level when it was 1st released on W10 app. As soon as it was brought to the notice of the studio it was fixed in a couple of hours. I too am playing on android 4.4 and I don't have any problem with this level. It could be some other problem. Dear @NRN have you followed the steps mentioned in the link provided by dear @Elsa. You can also go to your device settings and clear cookies and cache and restart your device after a couple of minutes. My game froze on level 309 and I tried everything but nothing worked. Eventually after 2 days I was glad that the issue got cleared of its own and I could move ahead. Even after trying everything if you are still facing the problem than you can uninstall and download the game once again but you will lose your boosters. So be calm and decide carefully before you take any drastic step. I have another option. I presume your game is saved to your FB account. If you can lay your hands on a 2nd device than install this game in that device and play this level after connecting it to your FB account as the progressed is synchronised across devices. Clear it and than come back to your phone. Hope your issue is sorted out @ the earliest. Have a great day ahead.
