boosters are not safe

this my third time i lose boosters for update app. if we logout candy crush friends saga then we lost our boosters why our boosters not safe like gold bars ? i am afraid now to play daily quests ..

Why this happened? Did you maybe change your phone? If this is the case then you should know that gold bars are saved on our servers, but unfortunately boosters, extra lives, and extra moves are not saved on our servers, they are saved locally on the device on which they were purchased. You can read about this issue in this article https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/244479/moving-game-progress-to-a-new-device#latest

Hello, I'm new on this forum, but today I'm facing about a problem similar to this topic. My smartphone switch off due to cold low battery while I'm playing. Result? Booster resetted to 0 (from 50 to 0 for each type), gold bar and levels are restored because I'm connected to the server.

So, I understood that the Boosters are local to the device, so in case of something fails in the device, the boosters are resetted to zero. Is it correct?

There is a possibility to restore my gained booster hystory?

This is the 4th time I have lost all my boosters and I literally only got off for 5 minutes. I didn't delete the app nor did I do an update. This is getting ridiculous! I am on level 4196, do you know how many hours I have put into this game?! It needs to be fixed!!!!!
