"No internet connection found" When try to login
When I login on my phone (or computer for that matter), I enter my email and it asks for my password. I enter my password and a red bar pops up saying "no internet connection found". I defintiely have the internet on both my phone and computer. I've restarted devices. I've uninstalled the app 10x on my phone and reinstalled and still the same issue. I reset my password, still the same issue. If I type in the wrong password, it says "incorrect password", but if I enter the correct password it says "no internet connection found". Any ideas?

Have you checked to make sure that your router is working properly? It should be if you can play one of the games. Where are you playing the game - mobile or computer? If it's computer, is it with a browser or Windows 10? I'll give you some troubleshooting below to try.Browsers

I’m having the EXACT same issues. I have all updates for CCFriends (version 1.4.10), and iOS (12.1.1). When trying to access King account it hangs (keeps spinning). You can’t even cancel it - it freezes everything. I have to force close every time. I should also mention that within the last couple weeks I’m also now experiencing difficulties sending and receiving lives. I checked on the king community and see that several other players are also having this issue. I know King is working on that problem at this time, but I still don’t know how to fix the other issues I’m experiencing. I’d be grateful for any help. Thanks!!

Hi @kvanc and welcome to the Community 😊 Yes, it's still a new game and King is working on sending/receiving lives issue. I play with King account and I got few lives and sent a few too, but I noticed that people are having issues with Facebook. When it comes to another issue I will tag our Community Manager @QueenMia and we will see if she can help you with this.
