Why did i not get 72 hours of boosters??

Purchased 79.99 package. Had issues with purchase. Got some help but still only got partial put. Did not get 72 hours of unlimited lives and boosters. I got 12 hours of the unlimited lives and six hours of unlimited boosters. I spent a lot and only get partial!!! Please help
