How to retrieve the level I was playing?

I was trying to purchase lives and there seemed to be some problem with my password and some how I went from being in level 256 to level 1! Please help me go back to the last level i was playing. Thank you.

Hello @hardcandee, and welcome to our sweet community! I so sorry you lost your progress. However, I may be of help! The first think to try would be to reset your password to see if you can get your account recovered. To do this, access your King profile by clicking on the blue cogwheel in the bottom left corner of the screen. Then click on “Profile” to access your Kingdom account information. Then, click on “Account Settings,” and, when prompted for a password, click on “Forgot Password.” Go into your email and follow the link to reset your password (ensure it is not in your spam folder). Once you get your password reset, your account should be recognized. If this does not recover your progress, then check out the article I’ve screenshoted below from King’s in-game Help Center:
