Why can I not get the email to reset my account?

I have my account for many years and I am up in the 400 levels. Well when I tried to move it to my phone and send the email to reset my password I got logged out and now it won't send me the email to reset me account. I am very angry about this because I have put so many hours into the game. This account that I am messing you on is under a different name. So if you could please fix this I would be pleased. Thanks in advance.

Is it a Facebook or King account? Are you still able to access the email address of that account? Where are you trying to reset the password? If a King account Did you try resetting it from the king website? e.g. https://king.com/game/farmheroessupersaga and when it asks you to log in click reset password? If you still cannot get the email you will need to contact Customer Care0 -
It's a King account. I can put in my email and it pulls up the profile and yes the email is still good. Its the one I use. Every time it says an email has been sent to reset the password it doesn't.0
