The game does not recommend characters anymore

My characters don't "recommend " any more.   How can I fix that?

Hi everyone! 
Thanks for letting us know, I have checked this and can confirm that this is currently a test feature. So some of you will see the recommended characters and some will not. 

This will only remain this way while they are testing.

Hello @janep4, and welcome to the sweetest community around! That’s strange! Perhaps it is just harder to spot and it may have been overlooked. Could you provide a screenshot so that I can see what your issue is? Thank you!

Hello @janep4, is this the 1st level in which you have experienced this issue. For your info, Misty is the recommended character. Look at the 3 characters icons and you will notice that the icon is slightly higher in case of Misty. Let me know the status in your next level. Have a great day.

In addition to what @Veeresh said, try clearing your cashe and cookies from your device, and making sure that you have the latest software for both your game and your device. Let me know how this goes.

Would the test mode mentioned above cause me to see the recommended characters sometimes but not every time?
