Why does my mail up in the lives area disappear after I play a game?

Welcome to the community @jbythebay2! Perhaps this could be due to the ongoing issue the game has been experiencing. According to @QueenMia, this issue was resolved, however perhaps some players may still be experiencing this issue. I will forward this message to @QueenMia to see if she has a better explanation.

I can't get to the spider to open chest run out of lives.  How do I add more friends

They have to do something about it!!!!

Love the game but there's isn't much in the way for instructions . i.e. adding friends or logging in under my facebook acct.

Are you getting lives at least from friends cause i can only play five games and thats it....

If from FB, please note that it's a known issue and it's being worked on.
