Game is crashing, not saving progress, and taking gold bars but not refilling lives- how do I fix?

I pass level 264 and then the game freezes and crashes. I open the game back up and it makes me redo the level and takes away my lives. I refilled my lives with gold bars and it took my gold bars but didn’t refill my lives, I am still at 0 lives. So now the level I passed is showing I haven’t passed it, the game isn’t saving and it’s crashing, it’s taking my gold bars but not giving me lives, and I’m not sure who to contact to get this fixed.

Hi  @ericab I’m really sorry you having this issue, do you happened synchronize your game to either Facebook or King Account ?
