Why am i not receiving an of lives that are being sent on candy crush and friends

I am almost to level 400 on candy crush with friends and have not been able to receive  any lives??? That is alot of lives missed and boards not played. Not fair having to always spend my bars on extra lice.

Greetings @michelle06251978, I believe this is a known issue they are currently working on especially if you are connected to the game through facebook. I was told, however, that people connected through their King Account have less problems sending/receiving lives, but that this feature still has some problems they are trying to flesh out.
