Thank you for the beanie @Nat09 but bit too hot for summer day like today, so I might have to keep it for next winter, at the mean time I’ll be wearing my kettle hat 😊

I had to use my hard hat this morning. All the cockatoos around it was like a seen from the movie birds @bearwithme @Nat09 @mysticalmysty @ShannaSkywolf @QueenMia @Foley1362 @wafercookieflippers

I finally went for my eye exam ( last one was canceled because of coronavirus) and I finally got an answer. Sometimes my right eye goes blurry for minutes ( or hour) then gets back to normal, it’s been 4 years, a few specialists and now I know. It’s because of Ehlers Danlos, my eye, which is made of 80% of collagen, stretches and it causes the blurred vision. It even changed my vision from hyperopia to myopia and I also don’t have astigmatisms anymore, So now I where glasses to see far and different glasses to read because they can’t put it on the same one because of my vertigo ( it’s really bad) I’m like the cat @mysticalmysty @BQN537 @bearwithme @ShannaSkywolf glasses on, glasses off and switch 🤣🤣

I’ve been wearing glasses for the past 10 yrs or so @Nat09 amd til to this day I’m still refusing to wear contacts, because I think glasses look much cooler than contacts, beside people always think I’m wearing contacts all the time already 🤣

I have a good friend @Nat09 with your condition and she would like to have laser eye surgery but is afraid that she might not be eligible because of her condition. The trick is finding someone who does the surgery but is also familiar with the disease and can advise her properly. I think you look great in glasses @mysticalmysty! I need to make sure I wear sunglasses outside since I have light colored eyes.

I started wearing glasses at age 6 @mysticalmysty for hyperopia and astigmatisms. My vision was bad enough that it was a condition on my driving license, around age 18, that’s when my vision stated to get better. By age 35, I didn’t need glasses anymore and my ophthalmologist had to fill out a form from Société Automobile du Québec to remove de condition from my license 🤣🤣 My vision started getting worse again few years ago, except now it’s myopia 🤷🏼‍♀️

@bearwithme, I don’t qualify for laser surgery because my eyes are constantly changing, even the form of my eyes. I used to have astigmatisms horizontally and it could come back vertically. So glasses it is, it’s ok, I got a really cute pink glasses ( my favourite colour) 😁
