I'm sorry if I need to get this straight, but I'm going to say it anyways: sooner or later people within the European Union will not be able to share GIFs, memes, cool pictures, anything like that, freely and in a good way. I've heard on the Web that a very controversial copyright law has passed to the EU's parliament, and that several well-known sites will need to adapt further measures to avoid sharing copyrighted stuff. Unfortunately this will mean that GIFs that contain stuff seen in movies, shows, videos; all that stuff will need to be claimed as a non-original creation and be taken down.
Please be aware of what will go on on Europe and be careful with the content in the GIFs you send.
