Hard Levels

hello - I’ve been playing candy crush (all episodes) for quite a while. I’m a little frustrated that in the friends episode, the easier levels are ridiculously hard. I’m on 442 right now. A hard level before and after and am struggling to pass this regular level. I’ve actually put a lot of money into this game as well. The majority of which has been on regular levels. Also, I am not receiving lives that my “friends” are sending and they aren’t receiving the ones that I send. I am logged in via Facebook. Can you please assist with this. I enjoy my morning time w/ coffee playing this game but is starting to get real frustrating, when I can’t pass a regular level.

Hi, @dhogen27 I already answered on your previous post about your current level. Therefore, I will write here about the lives issue. We are all aware of this issue and it affects all of us as players. Rest assured that the studio is working on solving this issue. You can follow the thread below to see if there are some news as our Community Manager will post there as soon as something new occurs. I am personally connected with the Kong account and I receive levels on a daily basis, although it is just the same player every time. Who cares, it's a free life anyway 😁 Just be patient and it will be fixed eventually. Thank you for your understanding. Keep crushing 🍭

I feel the dame way except inrefuse tonspend money on king games anymore! But it isbfrusatrating. And it especially seems to do this whenever you are on a star battle and getting close tongetting all required stars to win the event!
