Why doesn’t it sync from old phone unto new phone

I have  new IPhone 7 and I cannot get this game to sync with old phone. I h e uninstalled it and reinstalled 2 times and it won’t give me my power buttons???

You may need to go into settings and such. Type into Google about syncing. It helped me a lot at navigating my Note 9. Sorry I wasn't much more help. Good luck!

@oris Dang, I wish I got that info from you when that happened to me in the past! I'm actually going to reset phone. Went in to make changes for the better... So I thought. I miss the flip phone lol
