How do I receive a purchase I bought?

I bought a bundle of 20 gold bars a booster of each and and hour of unlimited lives and never received it. I emailed a copy of my receipt and never received a response from that. It has been four days.

Some time its happens for server problem or technical problem. but do not worry, see here your solution.
If you buy something but not get, then king will refund you.
