@aartisharma it sounds like a glitch.  Did you try exiting and coming back again?  If you are playing on a mobile platform - try rebooting it.

Hello @aartisharma, and welcome to the sweetest community! If you are having trouble receiving your daily reward, first make sure that your device is online. If you’ve checked this and you still can’t receive your reward, try exiting back to the opening screen, and click on the “play” button on that screen to log back in. Let me know how this goes.
