I finished the Olivia’s enclave challenge & then was asked to get 45 stars or like 400 for some reason & Olivia disappeared so now I don’t have her anymore, I worked hard on getting her as a character & even spent money to finish challenges to obtain her only to find out there was more to it then was, lead on about the challenge.

Hi @PrincessErica & @oris - welcome to our friendly community!! I’m sorry to here that you’ve had issues with the Olivia event.
It was released in three different formats in order to provide it to as many players as possible.

There is another link where you can provide feedback to our CM about your experience for future events. However please know there will be other opportunities to get Olivia at a later date in time TBD still.

I was unable to finish the quest to get 45 stars to get Olivia on my friends list. I find it unfair that I finished those tough 10 levels, just to be met with an unmentioned “timer” for how long I had left to get 45 stars before Olivia left the game. I don’t like how I clearly earned a character & I have to go back & prove some more why I deserved that reward. If I completed the Olivia enclave challenge, why am I forced to do ANOTHER challenge on top of that, without noting it from the get go. I fail to see why I wasn't credited this character as soon as I finished level 10.

Hi @PrincessErica - thank you for tagging me. I can understand your frustration. I would highly recommend you leave your feedback for our CM on this thread below. While I don’t have any input on how the challenges are set up I am very grateful we have a CM who is committed to listening to the players for future events.
